Connect to your audience
The feedback of your audience provides important hints about a possible need for clarification or optimization. Use the Chat application of our IPTV Xpress system to improve the dialogue with your addressees and to transfer your Q&A sessions into virtual space. By doing so, you increase the transparency and openness of your communication activities considerably.
If you apply our Chat module, an input field will show up on your users’ screen. Before the first entry, he or she is asked to provide his or her name, the name of the organization and his or her e-mail address. This allows you to retrace which persons you are talking to – just like in a real Q&A.
In the backend area, a moderator sees all incoming texts. He or she decides, if the posts will be published or if they should not be visible to all users. This gives you the control over which questions and reactions are made public. Your audiences’ questions can either be answered by the moderator via text entry or they can be printed out and handed to the appropriate representative of the company.
